🌽 Corn ribs 🌽


You will need
4 fresh corn cobs
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Greek yogurt for serving
Fresh cilantro or spring onions 🌿

Start by removing the husks off the corn and cut off both ends.
Cut each corn cob in half length ways and then cut in half again to make quarters.
Mix all the spices together in a bowl, then pour over the corn. Add salt and a good drizzle of olive oil. Massage the corn with your hands to evenly spread the spices.
Place the corn on a baking tray and cook at 200C for 25-30mins.
Once cooked pile up in a bowl and drizzle with yogurt and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. If you don’t like cilantro try using spring onions. 😄 ENJOY
