Immune Boosting Mushroom Ginger Garlic Broth For Noodles

Once you have made this delicious broth you can add what ever you like to it!!! Recipe below

2 teaspoons sesame oil
4 asian shallots, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
2 tablespoons finely sliced ginger
8 cups (2L) vegetable broth – nutraorganics
2 tablespoons (40ml) gluten free soy or tamari
1/2 cup (10g) dried shiitake mushrooms
1 cup (100g) finely sliced button mushrooms




In a large heavy based saucepan combine sesame oil, shallots, garlic, ginger, vegetable stock, tamari, shiitake and button mushrooms, cover and bring to a simmer on a low heat for 45 minutes.
I added vermicelli noodles, bok Choy, sesame seeds, chilli flakes and spring onions. You can also add chicken.
