Lemon Bliss Balls 🍋


You will need

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut 🥥
1 cup almond meal
1 cup raw cashews
Pinch ground turmeric
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
Pinch salt
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract


Place shredded coconut, almond meal, cashews, turmeric, lemon zest and salt into a food processor and blitz until the cashews and coconut have broken down. Then add the rest of the ingredients and process until the mixture all comes together.
Roll into balls and coat with what ever you like. We used chia seeds, sesame seeds and coconut.
