BASE
Into a blender goes….
1.5 cups almond meal
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Blitz it all up until well combined. Press it into a lined loaf tin and place into the freezer while you do the next layer.

CARAMEL LAYER
Into the blender….
5 medjool dates, soaked in 1/2 cup boiling water for 5mins. Keep the water.
1/3 cup nut butter of your choice. I used natural peanut butter.
Add the nut butter, dates and water into blender and blitz it until all combined and spread it on top of the base layer.

TOP LAYER
Melt one block of Lindt chocolate, I normally use 80% with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
Pour over the top of the Caramel and then sprinkle walnuts on top and a good sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt. Freeze until the chocolate is set.
